Your cPanel account has been migrated from the AHS4 server to the new AHS5 server.
Accounts that are on our ahs4.R4L.com server have been migrated to the ahs5.R4L.com server. This new server is configured with more powerful processors, more memory, and hybrid flash hard drives.
The settings for your domain's DNS have already been updated by our team. There is however one change that you will need to do if you access your email with a mail client on your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
On each device, edit your email configuration, and replace the following settings:
- incoming server (Pop3 or IMAP) hostname: AHS5.R4L.COM
- outgoing (SMTP) server hostname: AHS5.R4L.COM
All other settings should remain the same.
